Grater - Cement

This handcrafted stoneware dish is designed to easily grate garlic, ginger, turmeric, nutmeg and other fresh ingredients . Its textured surface allows for a creamy consistency without the need for metal utensils, preserving all the aroma and essential oils of the food.

Characteristics :

• Made of black stoneware fired at high temperature, for superior strength.

• Natural exterior and slightly rough to the touch, enamelled interior in finish MOCA certified veil.

• Dimensions: 12/13 cm in diameter

• Dishwasher safe

✨ TIP : After grating the garlic, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil directly into the dish and pour it on slices of toasted bread… for out-of-this-world bruschetta!

Subtle variations in color, texture and shape, along with small surface irregularities, such as chamotte variations, are an integral part of the uniqueness of the materials and artistic processes that give life to my creations.
