Also for Europe, shipping takes place within 5 working days from purchase, with tracking code sent via email.

Hand collection in the laboratory
If you are near Montegrotto Terme (PD) you can collect your order in person.
Select “Pick up in store” at checkout, I will contact you with details.

You have 14 days from delivery to notify me of your intention to make a return. Write to me at marta@terralentaceramics.com , I will provide you with instructions. The return must arrive intact, and you can choose between a refund or a voucher of the same value . The cost of the return shipment is at your expense.
If the ceramic arrives damaged, send me an email immediately to marta@terralentaceramics.com with a photo of the damage , so we can find a solution together.
Each ceramic is packaged with the utmost care to arrive intact in your hands. I use eco-sustainable and recycled materials as much as possible , because I believe that beauty must go hand in hand with respect for the planet.
My ceramics are resistant and can be washed in the dishwasher, but to preserve their beauty over time I recommend washing by hand with a delicate detergent.
To ensure a long life for your ceramics, avoid using them in the microwave or oven , as temperature changes could compromise their integrity. With the right care, your Terralenta pieces will be able to accompany you for years and, who knows, maybe be passed down, bringing with them stories, moments and timeless beauty.

Terralenta ceramics are made with artisanal care and attention to quality, to offer you objects that are not only beautiful, but also safe to use every day. For this reason, my products intended for contact with food are MOCA certified (Materials and Objects in Contact with Food) , in compliance with European regulations on food safety.
What does MOCA certification mean?
MOCA is a mandatory requirement for all materials intended to come into contact with food and beverages. This certification guarantees that my ceramics:
